30-Day Return Policy

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or an exchange.

How to Return an Item

* To start a return, please contact me through the website contact form with your order number.

* Items must be returned in their original packaging (cellophane sleeve and greyboard) and in a re-saleable, undamaged condition.

* The customer is responsible for the return postage costs, and I highly recommend using a tracked service as I cannot issue a refund for items lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Every order is thoroughly inspected and packed with great care. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there has been a mistake, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage/issue. Once the photo or returned item is reviewed, I will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund where needed.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
